3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

nasa34 is required by law to verify the identity of all users through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document for facial verification.
• Additional documentation as requested by nasa34 to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. nasa34 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that fails to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it secure.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available.
• Immediately notify nasa34 of any unauthorized use of your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.

nasa34 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your nasa34 Account using approved payment methods, including:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata).
• E-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) where available.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. nasa34 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited instantly.

You must only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.

• nasa34 is not liable for third-party payment processor delays, failures, or errors.
• nasa34 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and is not liable for downtime or technical issues.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with nasa34 Services is to discontinue use and close your Account.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

nasa34 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Request for self-exclusion or account closure by the user.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you, minus any bonus funds, pending wagering requirements, or disputed amounts. nasa34 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. You are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance before closure.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and best practices. By using nasa34 Services, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation with nasa34 customer support.
